The Fusion Hybrid features an efficient gas engine and electric motor that, under light to normal acceleration, can travel up to 85 miles per hour in electric mode.
It’s all about efficiency, as in an EPA-estimated rating of up to 42 city/37 hwy/40 combined mpg.* A fuel-efficient I-4 engine, combined with an electric motor, provides the energy for the Ford C-MAX Hybrid.
*EPA-estimated rating of up to 42 city/37 hwy/40 combined mpg. 13.5 gallon tank. Actual mileage and range will vary.
The all-new C-MAX Energi takes efficiency to a high level. The C-MAX Energi can be fully charged overnight with a 120-volt outlet. With the available 240-volt charging station, it takes less than three hours. You can even choose which mode you want to operate in – electric only, gasoline, or a combination of electric and gas.
Available early 2015, the Fusion Energi combines a high-voltage battery and electric motor with a gasoline engine. For efficiency, you can operate in all-electric mode up to an EPA-estimated range of 19 miles.* And thanks to the Regenerative Braking System, kinetic braking energy is captured and stored for later use.
*Actual mileage will vary. Actual range varies with conditions such as external elements, driving behaviors, vehicle maintenance, and lithium-ion battery age.
The Focus Electric has a city fuel-efficiency rating of 110 MPGe, which makes it the most fuel-efficient compact car in America.* It also has an EPA-estimated range of up to 76 miles on each charge. It does all that, thanks to a state-of-the-art battery pack and 107 kW electric motor.
*EPA-estimated 110 city/99 hwy/105 combined MPGe. Actual mileage will vary. MPGe is the EPA equivalent measure of gasoline fuel efficiency for electric mode operation. Actual range varies with conditions such as external elements, driving behaviors, vehicle maintenance, and lithium-ion battery age.
In addition to hybrid and electric vehicles, Ford has built the innovative C-MAX Solar Energi Concept, the is first-of-its-kind sun-powered vehicle with the potential to deliver the best of a plug-in hybrid without depending on the electric grid for fuel. The C-MAX Solar Energi Concept with a solar panel roof draws power from a special solar concentrator lens similar to a magnifying glass. By using renewable power, Ford C-MAX Solar Energi Concept is estimated to reduce the annual greenhouse gas emissions a typical owner would produce by four metric tons.Browse New Inventory
1 EPA-estimated city/hwy mpg for the model indicated. See fueleconomy.gov for fuel economy of other engine/transmission combinations. Actual mileage will vary. On plug-in hybrid models and electric models, fuel economy is stated in MPGe. MPGe is the EPA equivalent measure of gasoline fuel efficiency for electric mode operation.
